Skin care is very important and even more so if it is with natural products.
I am often asked how a doctor gives “natural” advice to his patients. The answer is simple: I believe that beauty or health are part of a set of good habits and not a single technique or treatment.
There is no point in spending money and time on a beauty method like the ones I offer in my Aesthetic Medicine clinic if you continue to eat poorly, sleep little and let stress rule your life. I am convinced that there are several areas that must be worked together to achieve the perfect beauty that every woman aspires to.
To complement aesthetic treatments, you can take advantage of the benefits of Mother Nature with the well-known home remedies to care for your skin. I will give you some more than interesting recommendations that can help you have beautiful skin every day.
Natural products to care for facial skin
Aloe vera
To cleanse your face (a really necessary activity) and remove not only dirt but also the toxins that accumulate, I recommend aloe vera gel.
Have an aloe vera plant at home, cut a part of the stem and open it horizontally. Extract the liquid inside and apply it to previously washed skin. You can also mix aloe with 2 tablespoons of milk.
Oatmeal
To exfoliate your face and remove dead cells that accumulate and clog pores, I advise you to use flaked oats. Wash your face with warm water and then pass the flakes in a circular motion as if you were giving a massage. After a few minutes of this treatment, rinse with warm water.
Coffee
Another home remedy for leg care in this case is coffee, a very good natural product for reducing cellulite. Massage when you are in the shower and remove all impurities.
Fruit
Fruits are not only delicious to eat at any time of the day but can also be used as a mask.
One day a week (for example, Sunday) you can treat yourself and enjoy the benefits they offer. For example, mix a couple of sliced strawberries with a few tablespoons of yogurt and apply to your cleansed face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
When it comes to masks, there are thousands of options!
